Threading the Web.

A lot has already been written about how transcribing audio-visual content makes it more visible online, but it’s not as if broadcasters don’t want to have this feature; it’s just always been too expensive, or they’ve had bad experiences in the past. We understand, and by being cheaper, faster and more communicative with our clients than other companies, we’re trying to lead by example.

Automation has allowed us to focus less on WPMs and more on quality; we prioritise a transcript’s readability, references and broadcaster’s personalities to create a true reflection of the content, all at a speed and price that blows other companies out of the water. Our inclusion of hyperlinks also boost a broadcaster’s chances of building their audience over time, with the transcripts becoming a trusted, integral part of the content as opposed to simply an add-on.
